This is the latest publication from the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government's National Inventory of Architectural Heritage. Like its predecessors, the county is published in a full-colour, attractively illustrated booklet introducing the architectural highlights of the area,with descriptive text and photographs, and relevant mapping. The booklet is an introduction to the NIAH survey, which is published on the website www.buildingsofireland.ie.
