David Dickson 
a historian whose research focuses on Irish urbanization, rural history between 1650 and 1850, and the global migration of Irish professionals to the English-speaking world. He is the author of Dublin: The Making of a Capital City and Old World Colony: Cork and South Munster, 1630–1830, and has co-edited volumes on Irish mercantile networks and imperial education. His current work includes a comparative study of Irish cities in the long eighteenth century.
Rosemary Ryan
The keeper at The Waterford Treasures Museums and the author of Waterford Treasures: A Guide to the Historic and Archaeological Treasures of Waterford.
Dr John Bergin
Adjunct Associate Professor, UCD School of History is an author and historian whose works and contributing chapters include Irish Provincial Cultures in the Long Eighteenth Century(Raymond Gillespie and Roy Foster, eds).
Dr Ivar McGrath
Professor of History at University College Dublin. He has published extensively on eighteenth-century Ireland, including Ireland and Empire, 1692–1770The Making of the Eighteenth-Century Irish Constitution, and Lansdowne FC: A History. His work has appeared in journals such as The English Historical Review and Irish Historical Studies, and he has co-edited volumes on Irish religious, political, and financial history. He holds a PhD from the University of London and previously served in the Irish Army and the UK civil service.
Prof. Thomas O’Connor
Director of the Arts and Humanities Institute and a historian at Maynooth University. He holds a DEA and PhD from the Sorbonne. His research focuses on early modern European religion and migration, including the Inquisitions, censorship, and migrant networks. He is co-director of the Irish in Europe Project, editor of Archivium Hibernicum, and a member of the Irish Manuscripts Commission and Fondation Irlandaise (Paris). He has published widely, including a monograph on the Iberian Inquisition and several edited volumes on Irish Catholic colleges and continental migration.
